Do you only design, or do you also build?
Both — and you decide how far we go. We can hand over drawings for your own contractor, design with periodic site visits, or take a project all the way as a complete turnkey build. The scope is yours to set.
Which cities and areas do you work in?
The studio is based in Indira Nagar, Lucknow, and works across Uttar Pradesh and beyond. We have delivered projects in cities including Kanpur, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, Agra, and further afield across north India.
Can I hire you for drawings only and use my own contractor?
Yes. Many clients take design and the full drawing set — plans, elevations, structural and services drawings — and build with their own contractor. Everything is detailed so it can be executed by any competent builder.
How much do your services cost?
It depends on the scope — design-only, design plus supervision, or a full build — and on the size and complexity of the project. Share your plot size and what you have in mind and we will give you a clear, itemised quote.
How long does a project take?
Design and drawings typically take a few weeks depending on complexity; a full construction project runs several months to a year or more. We set realistic timelines up front and track progress against them on site.
Do you provide 3D elevations and walkthroughs?
Yes. We produce 3D elevations and visualisations so you can see and refine your home before a single brick is laid. VR walkthroughs are something we are adding.
Do you handle building approvals and sanctions?
We prepare the drawings required for municipal sanction and guide you through the approval process as part of our architectural service.
Do you design as per Vastu?
Yes, where you want it. We are happy to plan layouts, entrances, and rooms in line with Vastu principles while keeping the design practical and modern.
